Drive along Tobago's Atlantic Coast, passing through several quaint villages, before
stopping at Argyle, for a drive through Cocoa Plantations. Walk along river, (about 20
minutes by foot) to the fabulous, threee-tiered water falls. Time permitted for swimming
here, if you so desire. Return to bus, continue to Speyside where you will board glass
bottomed boats to Goat Island for snorkeling. Return to Speyside for light snacks and
refreshments at Blue Waters Inn, and then back to the ship.
Note: Proper closed-in shoes (sneakers) should be worn on this tour, as the
trek consists of different types of terrain: grass, gravel, dirt tracks. The trek is not
very strenuous but it is not for the inactive. Moderate trekking along the river bed on
cleared pathway, some rocks to manoeuver, sometimes uneven ground. There is a wet boarding
and landing for the glass-bottomed boat trip. You have to wade into the water no more that
just around the thigh area to climb onto the back of the boat - ladder provided. Disembark
the same way. Life jackets and snorkelling equipment on board. Recommended that if you
have your own snorkelling equipment to take same. Boat has seats around protected glass-
bottomed area for underwater viewing. Not recommended for wheel-chairs or the physically
challenged.
TROPICAL RAIN FOREST

Venture into the lush virgin forest of tobago's heartland. Protected by law since 1776,
this forest reserve is the oldest protected forest in the world, and is made up of Lower
Montane Forest, which was acquired while Tobago was connected to South America during the
Ice Age. A truly unique and enlightening experience. Not to be missed if you're a nature
lover!
Note: Proper closed-in, good walking shoes (sneakers) should be worn on
this tour, as the trek consists of different types of terrain: grass, dirt tracks,
sometimes even mud, depending on the time of year. The trek is not very strenuous but it
is not for the inactive or the physically challenged. A change of clothes during the rainy
season - June to December - is recommended.
GOLF AT MT. IRVINE GOLF CLUB

This is an opportunity to golf at one of the Caribbean's most scenic golf courses. The
Club House overlooks two of the most popular beaches on the island. The course covers 127
acres and is 6793 yards long. Endowed and lined with an abundance of coconut palm trees,
the wide open fairways and spectacular views of the Caribbean make a round of golf a
golfers' delight. Our golf package includes roundtrip transfers, green fees, and a local
beverage: punch or brew at the end of the day's play.
